E-forms

E-forms allow you to create and store a library of on-demand forms to automate the creation, distribution, and filing of transactional forms. These templates can be configured as Word, HTML, or XML documents. The created forms can be routed down a workflow for completion or printing. The printed forms include a document ID barcode generated by the system and placed on the form. This allows completed forms to be tracked and auto-scanned into the system by reading the barcode. Our solutions can also integrate with existing form creation applications.

Workflow

Workflow is best described as the automation, distribution, and accounting of business tasks, processes, and procedures. Many applications require multiple decision points and the ability to share documents among many users to complete these. Attempting to accomplish these types of activities with a manual paper based systems can be very labor intensive, prone to error, and lack accountability.

Workflow allows organizations to re-engineer and streamline work processes. These processes can be employed in many applications to add management oversight to many tasks that are impossible to control in a manual paper-based environment. Workflow tasks can be distributed to knowledge workers across geographically diverse organizations, outsourced, or distributed according to the current workload.

Benefits of Workflow:
Allows companies to define, study, and document their business processes
Automatically distributes work or tasks to specified users or groups for action
or decision making
Reduces time and costs associated with manual steps or inactivity
Complete reporting and process audit trail
Promotes responsibility and accountability

Documents can enter a workflow either as a result of scanning the document, importing of application documents, the creation of an electronic form or through manual assignment.
